Trim and siding repairs

The exterior trim crumbles in Ernest's hand due to extreme rot.  This is a result of not using treated wood and Colorado's extreme heat and cold cycles.  We replaced with a Rot and Woodpecker proof PVC trim that has a lifetime guarantee.
