Materials are not included, but we will give an approximation on what you can expect.
Prices are always fluctuating on materials costs however, so prices are subject to change at any time. We will pick up materials and bill you back.
We will not give speculative pricing, we always book an appointment to come out, evaluate, and determine the best course of action, and the best price. We will keep as much as possible, and rebuild the rest. We do reserve the right to amend if the damage is more extensive and a full rebuild is necessary; our bids are based on the damage we can see, but from time to time, once we start demoing out the old, additional work is necessary.
Pay Schedule.
If the project is over $1000, then payments are split into 2 installments.
⅓ (one-third) is due upon acceptance of bid and is required to hold your date; the rest is due upon completion of the project.
If we are purchasing materials, then an escrow payment for the estimated materials amount is required in addition to the ⅓ (one-third) down. The client is more than welcome to purchase materials and have onsite prior to arrival.
For projects under $1,000, a $100 downpayment is required to hold your date.
Receipt of downpayment constitutes acceptance of bid and terms of service.
Contractor accepts Venmo, Zelle, or Credit Cards.
Checks are made payable to Ernest M. Stevens, or The Ernest Carpenter.
