We will measure, and design based on your specifications, and the overall measure of the space itself. We will come up with a few designs that work, and present them to you for your feedback. Design costs are factored into the overall cost. The initial designs are included in the bid process, but are non-transferable. Since Ernest and Mandi work hand-in-hand on both the design and build portion, we work to ensure beautiful results every time.
