Renovated condo "flipped" to get the seller the maximum possible. We gutted the old 1970s kitchen entirely. We replaced the old cabinets with new bright-white Craftsman style cabinets, adding simple brushed nickel knobs. New appliances were installed including, matching Stainless Steel Fridge, Stove, Dishwasher and Microwave. We picked out a gorgeous slab of "White Dallas" granite, white with black and light gray inclusions with gorgeous garnet "cranberries" speckled throughout. It was carefully selected to blend both the existing, since the existing flooring up front was a nice deep Java with hints of red, and the new vanity was also a nice rich Java color as well. We matched the cabinets style in the separate spaces so that design had an overall cohesiveness. When dealing with the windows and the existing wall treatments in each of the bedrooms, we ripped out the old and damaged trim, and framed the wall paneling out with a thick square trim to reemphasis the Craftsman style cabinets. The old wool carpeting was ripped out and replaced with a forgiving carpet, speckled with bits of light and dark grey. We replaced all the doors downstairs with a new pre-hung 6 panel slab, as well as the door trim, and added a high-profile baseboard to rest of the space, matching to the existing baseboard in the living room decently. It was a fun project.
